In the coming years, Trafalgar will be experiencing a new wave of major store openings and renovations. With the completion of the prestigious Avenues phase III, and the expansion of two major Trafalgar stores, approximately five new openings along with two major renovations are planned. In addition to POS openings, a new operating system will be implemented. This major projects started in Q4 2010, and is expected to be completed by Q3 2012. Finally, a new head office is planned in order to combine the two current offices, two storage spaces, and after sales all under one roof.
Being solid financially, already exposed to dealing with large Western organizations, and most importantly a strong desire for new challenges, the future of Trafalgar is very bright.
